Deep, dark and shiny. Rebecca Minkoff has one of the collections that I just want to shop from straight from the runway and then feel frustrated for the next 6 months until it hits the stores. Her Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week show had the live accompaniment of hipster Brits Alunageorge.
I wonder if the celeb-filled front row (Carrie Underwood, Anna Kendrick, Zosia Mamet) get the same shopping angst or gets the goodies right off the catwalk pre-production.
The palette was a deep red, black, blue and pink with optical heritage suit patterns. Metallic lame fabric shimmered along with printed chiffons. The feminine soft garments were paired with more masculine-inspired tailored coats and jackets.
My favorite accessory so far this season has been her two-toned fur neck wrap that was fastened with a jewelry-type clip. I am itching to snap this one up right NOW. Can someone help me out on this one?
Rebecca Minkoff's collection has just been growing and improving to be better and better each season. I wonder when the hot mom will evolve from making her Morning After Bags into designers the MILF bag?
